1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MT Prime, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. About MT Prime

MT Prime is a digital streaming platform that allows users to discover, watch, and enjoy films and video content. Approved filmmakers may also upload and distribute their content through the platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• MT Prime may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or misuse.

4. Content and Filmmaker Rights

Filmmakers retain ownership of the content they upload to MT Prime. By uploading content, the filmmaker grants MT Prime a non-exclusive license to host, display, stream, promote, and distribute that content on the platform.

• Content must not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Content must not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
• MT Prime reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove content.

5. Subscription, Trials, and Payments

MT Prime may offer free trials, promotional access, or paid subscriptions. Access to certain content or features may depend on the current subscription plan.

• Subscription fees, where applicable, must be paid on time.
• Free trials may be limited in duration and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended access.

6. Revenue Sharing for Filmmakers

MT Prime may compensate filmmakers based on platform performance rules. Where revenue sharing applies, payouts may be calculated according to content performance, including total views relative to the overall platform view count.

Example: if a film receives 10% of all platform views, it may qualify to receive 10% of the eligible revenue pool, subject to payout rules, platform deductions, and minimum thresholds.

7. Ratings and Reviews

• Users may rate and review films where such features are available.
• Reviews must be honest, respectful, and not abusive.
• MT Prime may remove fake, misleading, or harmful ratings and reviews.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use bots, scripts, or fake activity to manipulate views or ratings.
• Copy, redistribute, or pirate platform content without authorization.
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

9. Streaming Availability

MT Prime works to provide a smooth streaming experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Streaming quality may depend on internet speed, device compatibility, and server availability.

• Content availability may change without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for their own internet and device access.
• Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical errors may occur.

10. Intellectual Property

All MT Prime branding, logos, platform design, and original platform materials are the property of MT Prime unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use MT Prime branding without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to MT Prime’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information necessary for operating the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

MT Prime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

MT Prime is also not responsible for content uploaded by third parties, though we may take action when violations are reported or detected.

13. Termination

MT Prime may suspend or terminate access to any user or filmmaker account that violates these Terms & Conditions or harms the platform, its users, or its partners.

14. Changes to These Terms

MT Prime may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
